The research progress of normoalbuminuric diabetic kidney disease

糖尿病肾脏疾病是导致终末期肾病的主要原因。早期诊断对疾病的治疗十分重要,临床一般以尿白蛋白的情况作为诊断依据,部分糖尿病患者会表现为正常白蛋白尿但伴有肾功能损害,即正常白蛋白尿糖尿病肾脏疾病(NADKD)。本文将从流行病学、危险因素、发病机制及临床意义等方面对NADKD进行阐述关注。

Diabetic nephropathy is the main cause of end-stage renal disease.Early diagnosis is very important for the treatment of diseases.Generally,the clinical diagnosis is based on the condition of urinary albumin.Some diabetic patients will show normal albuminuria with renal function damage,that is,normal albuminuria diabetic kidney disease(NADKD).This article will focus on the epidemiology,risk factors,pathogenesis and clinical significance of NADKD.
