摘要 随着上海轨道交通网络的日益密集以及地下空间开发的制约,区间隧道越来越深,新建线路的区间隧道往往位于⑤2层砂质粉土微承压含水层及⑦层粉细砂层,盾构机在承压水层推进时引起突涌的情况越来越多,探索和完善承压水突涌风险安全预控与抢险对策非常重要。根据上海轨道交通工程建设盾构机推进的经验,围绕盾构机推进、进出洞及旁通道等关键施工风险的特点,提出盾构机施工承压水突涌风险的安全预控与抢险对策,为今后盾构机施工提供参考和指导。 With the increasing density of Shanghai rail transit network and the restriction of underground space development,the interval tunnels are being built deeper and deeper.The interval tunnels of new rail transit lines often go through the sandy silt layer with micro confined aquifer(layer⑤2)and silty fine sand layer(layer⑦).Inrush accidents happen a lot when the shield machine driving through the confined aquifer.So it is very important to explore and improve the safety pre-control and emergency measures for the risk of confined water inrush.According to the experience of shield machine tunneling construction of Shanghai rail transit project,and based on the characteristics of key construction risks in shield machine tunneling,break in and break out and cross passage construction,the safety pre-control and emergency measures for the risk of confined water inrush during shield machine tunneling construction are proposed,which provides guidance for shield machine tunneling construction in the future.
