试论高校师范生教育科研能力的有效培养 被引量:2

On the Effective Cultivation of the Educational and Scientific Research Ability of Students in Normal University

摘要 目前,我国师范生教育科研能力培养学校中存在“重教轻研”现象,管理中存在“重形式轻过程”的倾向,教学实践中缺乏教育科研能力培养的合力。这些现象的产生主要原因是由于认识上“重教轻研”、管理中不到位、各方力量未形成合力等。高校师范生教育科研能力的有效培养要树立“教研并重,教研互通”观念,重视师范生教育科研能力培养;采取有效措施,确保师范生教育科研能力培养落实到位;各方加强沟通合作用足力,提升师范生教育科研整体水平。 At present,the cultivation of the ability of educational scientific research of students in normal university in China is characterized by the phenomenon of“emphasis on teaching while neglect of research”,the tendency of“emphasis on form while neglect of process”in management,and the lack of joint force in the cultivation of the ability of educational scientific research in teaching practice.These phenomena are mainly due to the recognition of“emphasis on teaching while neglect of research”,inadequate management and lack of joint efforts of all parties.To effectively cultivate the educational and scientific research ability of students in normal university we should establish the concept of“equal emphasis on teaching and research,integration of teaching and research”,attach importance to the cultivation of educational and scientific research ability of students in normal university,take effective measures to ensure that the cultivation of their educational and scientific research ability is in place,strengthen communication and cooperation of all parties to improve the overall level of their educational and scientific research.
