利益、责任、功能:学校治理主体矛盾协调的关键点

摘要 学校治理主体的矛盾是多样的,这些矛盾主要体现在利益、责任、功能等方面。利益平衡影响主体矛盾化解,责任分工影响主体矛盾走向,功能定位促进主体矛盾解决。在解决学校治理主体矛盾的实践中,必须抓住这三个关键点,根据三个关键点的特征采取相应的措施减少、化解或者消除矛盾,具体策略包括:建构利益均衡机制,消除主体矛盾根源;以制度厘清责任分工,减少主体矛盾冲突;使主体的功能合理化,促进主体矛盾化解。 The contradictions among school governance subjects are diversified,mainly in such aspects as interest,responsibility and function.The balance of interests influences the resolution of the contradictions among subjects,the sharing of responsibilities influences the direction of the contradictions among subjects,and the orientation of functions influences the solution to the contradictions.In the practice of solving the contradictions among subjects in the school governance,it is necessary to focus on the three key points,based on whose characteristics we can take corresponding measures to reduce,resolve or eradicate the contradictions.The specific measures include the elimination of the roots of subject contradictions by building the mechanism of balancing the interests,the reduction of the conflicts between subject contradictions by clarifying the sharing of responsibilities through systems;and the resolution of subject contradictions by rationalizing the functions of subjects.
