摘要
为方便毛衫挂肩个性化设计,研发一套基于Visual Basic语言的简易CAD设计系统。详细介绍系统界面、工艺参数、功能控件设计和毛衫框架绘制,以及线段式袖窿曲线模块、手绘袖窿曲线设计模块、相似函数曲线设计模块和关键点确定袖窿曲线设计模块4个模块的操作方式及适用范围。线段式袖窿曲线模块采用多段式收针工艺,高效且提高了传统袖窿曲线的光滑度;手绘袖窿曲线设计模块可根据用户需求灵活手绘编辑;函数曲线设计模块提供4种设计方案,可根据常用款型选择不同函数;关键点确定袖窿曲线设计模块中,用户只需选择挂肩曲线中的一个或几个点,系统便自动生成袖窿曲线。该系统满足羊毛衫挂肩个性化设计需求,同时提高了设计效率。
One kind of simple CAD design system based on Visual Basic is developed for personalized design of sweater armhole.The design of human-machine interface process parameters and function controls,and the drawing of sweater framework are introduced.The program mainly includes piecewise linear armhole curve module,hand drawing armhole curve module,function armhole curve module and key point controlling armhole curve module.The operation mode,advantages and disadvantages of four modules are introduced in detail.The piecewise linear armhole module with adoption of multi-segment narrowing technology improves the smoothness of the traditional armhole curve.The hand drawing armhole curve module can be flexibly edited according to user’s needs.Users can also select one of 4 existing design schemes in the functional armhole curve module.In the key point controlling armhole curve module,users can choose one or several points,and then the system will automatically generate armhole curves.This system can meet the needs of the personalized design of the sweater armhole and improve the design efficiency.
