摘要
高校管理人员职业倦怠主要表现为:生理耗竭,身体亚健康;情感冷漠,人际关系复杂;价值衰落,职业规划难以实现等方面。高校管理人员职业倦怠的组织干预需要转变观念,提高职业认同感;健全规划,推进专业化建设;完善机制,激发工作积极性;拓展空间,注重可持续发展。
The job burnout of university managers mainly includes:physical exhaustion and physical sub-health;emotional indifference and complex interpersonal relationships,value decline and difficulty to achieve career planning.In the organizational intervention of college managers’job burnout we should change their ideas to improve their sense of professional identity,improve their planning to promote their professional construction,improve their mechanism to stimulate their enthusiasm for work,and expand their space to focus on sustainable development.
