摘要
职业教育作为普通教育的平行分支,需要在教育体系中凝聚力量、汇聚资源,不断发掘和拓展动力源泉,以实现持续有力地发展。公共理论下职业教育动力源泉存在后续乏力的问题,既包括动力来源的结构性差异,也有支持动力不足的深层次原因。公共产品视角下职业教育发展要明确政府主体的牵头角色,强化家庭主体的核心地位,增强社会主体的需求侧作用,以促进职业教育高质量、高水平发展。
As a parallel branch of general education,the development of vocational education needs to gather strength and resources in the education system,and constantly exploit and expand the power source to achieve the sustained and powerful development.Under the public theory,the power source of vocational education has the problem of weak follow-up,which includes the structural differences of power source and the deep-seated reasons of insufficient support power.In the perspective of public products,we should make clear the leading role of the government subject in the development of vocational education,intensify the core position of family subject,and strengthen the demand-side role of the social subject so as to promote the high-quality and high-level development of vocational education.
