基于区域经济发展的化学工程与工艺专业(煤化工方向)人才培养策略

The Strategy of Talent Training of Chemical Engineering and Technology Major(Direction of Chemical Processing of Coal)Based on the Development of Regional Economy

地方应用型本科建设只有适应区域经济发展的新形势,才可以真正发挥为区域经济发展提供人才支撑的作用。以山西能源学院化学工程与工艺(煤化工方向)专业为例,对山西区域经济发展中煤化工产业对人才的需求进行分析后可以看出,煤化工产业人才培养策略是:依据山西煤化工产业人才需求,确定人才培养目标;构建应用型人才培养模式;构建专业课程体系与教学内容。

Only by adapting to the new situation of regional economic development to build them,can local application-oriented colleges really provide talent support for regional economic development.Taking the chemical engineering and technology major(direction of chemical processing of coal)in Shanxi Institute of Energy as an example,this paper analyzes the demand of coal chemical industry for talents in the development of regional economy in Shanxi and finds out that the strategies of talent training reform include determining the goal of talent training according to the talent demand of coal chemical industry in Shanxi,building the training model of applied talents,and setting up the professional curriculum system and teaching content to promote the transformation and development of regional economy in Shanxi.
