The Cooperation Mechanism between Transnational Corporations and NGOs under the Theme of“Business and Human Rights”

在"工商业与人权"议题下,跨国公司和非政府组织既存在着对立,也存在着合作。中国的跨国公司在越南等国家遭遇的投资困境反映出,中方企业对"工商业与人权"议题下跨国公司与非政府组织合作的认识并不充分。在"一带一路"倡议下,提高企业社会责任意识、重视与NGO的合作以及促进中国本土NGO走出去,成为提升中国企业海外生存状况的必然选择。

Under the theme of"business and human rights",transnational corporations and non-governmental organizations are in opposition and cooperation.The difficulties that China’s transnational corporations encounter in their investments in countries like Vietnam reflected that Chinese enterprises had not fully understood the cooperation between transnational corporations and non-governmental organizations under the theme of"business and human rights".Under the Belt and Road Initiative,it has become an inevitable choice for Chinese enterprises to raise corporate’s social responsibility awareness,attach importance to cooperation with NGOs and promote China’s NGOs to go global so as to enhance the operation of overseas Chinese enterprises.
