摘要 介绍了在中国地浸采铀领域中气体流量加入计量的控制现状及存在的问题。针对CO2+O2地浸采铀中氧气加入的特点,开展了气体质量流量设备的选型试验。为解决配制中气体返水损坏设备的难题,研制了一套气体质量流量控制系统。现场应用表明,在气、液压力连续变化的复杂条件下,该系统实现了对气体的高精度计量,可就地和远程方式实时调节、显示、记录气体的加入参数,确保了气体流量控制系统的稳定运行,降低了劳动强度,达到了技术目标。 The application and problems occured of gas flow control in in-situ leaching of uranium in China were introduced. According to the characteristics of the gas metering of CO2+O2 in-situ leaching of uranium solution, the equipment selection for gas mass flow control was carried out. In order to solve the problems, in which the equipment was damaged by the return water of injection liquid, a new set of gas mass flow control system was developed. The field testing results were showed as follows: under the complex conditions of continuous changes of gas/liquid pressure, the high-precision control and metering of gas was realized;the real time control, adjustment, display and record related to the gas injection data were implemented by local or remote approach. After the utilization of this system, the stable operation of gas flow control system was performed, the labor intensity was decreased, and the technical goal was achieved.
