摘要
针对采用冷凝和液化方式分离UF6与HF、空气等轻杂质时,存在的操作流程复杂、分离效率低、分离条件苛刻、易导致核泄漏等问题,进行了在线分离渗透HF试验。采用具备一定程度耐酸性的高装填密度MFI型沸石分子筛膜组件,分离核工业生产过程中的UF6与HF、空气等轻杂质。研究表明,MFI型沸石分子筛膜对HF/UF6气体理想分离因子可达40以上,具有良好的分离性能,分子筛膜分离技术可以实现连续分离和提纯。该分离过程在低压环境下操作,工艺简单、操作方便,能够有效避免六氟化铀的泄漏。
In view of the potential safety hazards such as complex operation process, low separation efficiency, harsh separation conditions and easy to lead to nuclear leakage caused by condensation and liquefaction separation of traditional UF6, HF, air and other light impurities, on-line separation and permeation HF test is carried out on the system according to the actual UF6 separation process. The results show that the ideal separation factor of MFI zeolite molecular sieve membrane for HF/UF6 gas can reach more than 40, which has good separation performance. The separation technology of molecular sieve membrane can achieve continuous separation and purification. The separation process is operated in low pressure environment, with simple process and convenient operation, which can effectively avoid the leakage of uranium hexafluoride.
