摘要
针对某地浸采铀矿山频发的潜水泵损坏现象,测试了4个品牌不锈钢泵轴的化学成分、金相组织、断口形貌、不同部位夹杂物成分和横截面不同位置的硬度。结果显示不锈钢泵轴样品实际化学组分和金相组织均与标示材料不一致;泵轴内多类型夹杂物是导致泵轴基体内局部脆化相、疲劳源和大量微裂纹形成的原因,在长期内应力和周期性外应力作用下造成了泵轴的疲劳脆性瞬断。
In response to frequent submersible pump damage accidents in anin-situ leaching of uranium mine,measured the metallographic structure,chemical composition,fracture morphology,different parts inclusion composition and hardness test at different positionsof 4 brands of stainless steel pump shafts,analyzed the fracture mechanism of the pump shaft under in-situ leaching conditions.The results show thatactual chemical composition of stainless steel pump shaft sampleis inconsistent with the nominal material;Multiple inclusions in the pump shaft are the cause of local embrittlement,fatigue source and microcracks.Under the action of long-term internal stress and periodic external stress,the pump shaft is fatigued instantaneously under the effects of long-term internal stress and periodic external stress.
