摘要 目的PEG6000和PVPK30对溶剂蒸发法制备吲哚美辛固体分散体的溶出速率的影响。方法采用溶剂蒸发法以PEG6000和PVPK30为分散材料制备吲哚美辛固体分散体,并对吲哚美辛固体分散体的粒径、溶解度及溶出速率进行考查。结果IMC与PEG6000固体分散体的粒径(1∶1、1∶2、1∶3、1∶4)均小于IMC与PVPK30固体分散体的粒径。IMC与PEG6000固体分散体以及IMC与PVPK30固体分散体的溶解度受pH影响,在不同的pH介质中,随着分散材料(PEG6000、PVPK30)质量的增加,固体分散体的溶解度逐渐增大。随着分散材料(PEG6000、PVPK30)比例的增加,固体分散体的溶出速率也逐渐增大。结论PEG6000与PVPK30采用溶剂蒸发法制备吲哚美辛固体分散体均能够提高吲哚美辛的溶出速率。 Objective To investigate the effect of PEG6000 and PVPK30 on the dissolution rate of indomethacin solid dispersion prepared by solvent evaporation.Methods PEG6000 and PVPK30 were used as dispersing materials when indomethacin solid dispersion was prepared by solvent evaporation method.The particle size,solubility and dissolution rate of indomethacin solid dispersion were investigated.Results The particle sizes of the IMC and PEG6000 solid dispersions(1∶1;1∶2;1∶3;1∶4)were smaller than the particle sizes of the IMC and PVPK30 solid dispersions.The solubility of IMC and PEG6000 solid dispersion and IMC and PVPK30 solid dispersion could be affected by pH.In different pH media,the solubility of solid dispersion increases with the increase of mass of PEG6000 and PVPK30.As the proportion of the dispersed material(PEG6000,PVPK30)increases,the dissolution rate of the solid dispersion also gradually increases.Conclusion The preparation of indomethacin solid dispersion by PEG6000 and PVPK30 with the method of solvent evaporation can increase the dissolution rate of indomethacin.
