摘要
倍半萜类化合物(Sesquiterpenoids)广泛分布于自然界的动植物、真菌、海洋生物中。Hirsutanol、Chabranol、Parthenolide是近年来发现的倍半萜类化合物,具有抗菌、消炎及抗癌等作用。在发挥抗癌作用的同时,对正常细胞无明显的毒副作用,提示这些倍半萜类化合物作为抗癌药物的开发前景。本文主要综述上述三种倍半萜类化合物的来源、结构特征、抗肿瘤作用以及可能的作用机制。同时列出倍半萜类化合物在应用中存在的问题,为今后倍半萜类化合物抗癌作用的研究提供参考。
The sesquiterpenoids are widely distributed in animals,plants,fungi,and marine life in nature.Hirsutanol,Chabranol and Parthenolide are sesquiterpenoids discovered in recent years,which have antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer effects.While exerting anti-cancer effects,it has no obvious side effects on normal cells,suggesting the development prospect of these sesquiterpene compounds as anticancer drugs.This article mainly reviews the source,structural characteristics,anti-tumor effects and possible mechanisms of action of the above three sesquiterpenoids.At the same time,the problems in the application of sesquiterpenoids are listed,which provides a reference for the research on the anticancer effect of sesquiterpenoids in the future.
