摘要
对分光光度法测定竹荪中的粗多糖含量的不确定度进行评定。依据JJF 1059.1-2012标准要求及NY/T 1676-2008方法进行测定,分析该检测方法不确定度的主要来源并定量,计算相对应的合成标准不确定度,从而评定扩展不确定度。结果表明,竹荪中粗多糖含量为0.689g/100g,扩展不确定度为0.038 g/100 g(k=2)。测定结果的不确定度主要来自标准曲线拟合,其次为标准物质及配制过程。
The uncertainty of spectrophotometric determination of the content of crude polysaccharide in dictyophora indusiata was evaluated.According to the requirements of JJF 1059.1-2012 standard and NY/T 1676-2008 method,the main sources of uncertainty of this detection method are analyzed and quantified,and the corresponding synthetic standard uncertainty is calculated to evaluate the extended uncertainty.As a result,the content of crude polysaccharides in Penny Bamboo was 0.689 g/100 g,and the expanded uncertainty was 0.038 g/100 g(k=2).The uncertainty of measurement results mainly comes from standard curve fitting,followed by standard materials and preparation process.
