共情护理干预对ICU患者焦虑情绪 心理韧性及满意度的影响

Effect of empathetic nursing intervention on anxiety,psychological toughness and satisfaction of ICU patients

目的探讨共情护理干预对重症加强护理病房患者焦虑情绪、心理韧性及护理满意度的影响.方法将84例在重症加强护理病房住院的患者按护理干预方法不同分为研究组和对照组,每组42例.对照组予以常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上予以共情护理,观察1周.护理前后采用焦虑自评量表评定焦虑情绪变化,心理弹性量表评定心理韧性状况,自制满意度调查表评定患者护理满意度.结果共情护理1周末两组焦虑自评量表评分较共情护理前显著下降(P<0.01),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.01);两组心理弹性量表评分较共情护理前显著升高(P<0.01),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.01).研究组护理满意度(95.2%)显著高于对照组(73.8%)(P<0.01).结论对重症加强护理病房患者及家属进行共情护理干预,能有效改善患者焦虑情绪,缓解家属心理压力,提高家属对患者的支持度,提高患者的心理韧性程度及护理满意度,有利于促进患者获得全面康复.

Objective To explore the effect of empathetic nursing intervention on anxiety,psychological toughness and satisfaction of ICU patients.Methods 84 ICU patients were divided into study group and control group according to different nursing intervention methods,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,the study group received empathetic care based on the control group,and observed for 1 week.Before and after nursing,SAS was used to assess changes in anxiety,CD-RISC was used to assess mental resilience,and self-made satisfaction questionnaires were used to assess patient satisfaction.Results Compared with before treatment,the SAS scores in the two groups were significantly decreased after 1 week of nursing(P<0.01),and the score in study group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<C0.01).The CD-RISC scores were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the score in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The total satisfaction level in study group(95.2%)was significantly higher than that in control group(73.8%)(P<0.01).Conclusions Empathy nursing interventions for ICU patients and their families can effectively improve the patient's anxiety,relieve the familys psychological pressure,improve the family's support for the patient,increase the patient's psychological resilience and nursing satisfaction,and help promote the patient's comprehensive recovery.
