奥氮平是一种新型非典型抗精神病药物,治疗精神分裂症患者疗效显著,已在临床广泛应用,但其副作用也不可忽视.本文就奥氮平治疗男性疑病症患者导致高泌乳素血症,进而引起乳房异常发育1例进行分析,以供临床参考.

Olanzapine is a new type of atypical antipsychotics,which has been widely used in clinical practice for the treatment of schizophrenia patients with significant curative effect.However,its side effects should not be ignored.In this paper,a case of olanzapine in the treatment of male hypochondriac patients resulting in hyperprolactinemia and then abnormal breast development was analyzed for clinical reference.
