摘要
以中间板为例,介绍了薄壁板状压铸件机加工时的主要难点,以及如何在开发时对加工方案进行分析,找出保证加工精度的控制要点,以提高过程开发的品质。在试生产时,通过数据分析,发现数控加工中心的热变形导致机加工孔位工程能力不足,通过采取误差补偿的方式解决了该问题,杜绝了位置度超差不良品的产生。
Taking the middle plate as an example,the main difficulties in the machining of thin-wall plate-like die casting parts were described,and the machining scheme during development was analyzed to find out the control points to ensure the machining precision of the thin-wall plate-like parts,and to improve the quality of the process development.During the trial production,through data analysis,it is found that the thermal deformation of CNC machine results in insufficient process capability of machining holes.The error compensation method was adopted to solve the problems,so that the rejected parts with poor position accuracy were eliminated.
