电磁搅拌制备B4Cp/AlSi9Mg复合材料磨损性能研究

Wear Properties of B4Cp/AlSi9Mg Composites Prepared by Electromagnetic Stirring

摘要 采用电磁搅拌技术制备了B4Cp/Al复合材料,并对B4C颗粒进行了预处理,利用MMW-1A型磨损试验机对复合材料进行磨损试验,研究材料的磨损性能及机制。结果表明,B4C颗粒预处理可有效去除颗粒中混杂的杂质金属;当电磁搅拌强度为60%,搅拌频率为20Hz,搅拌时间为15min,陶瓷颗粒含量为3.5%时,具有良好的磨损性能。在磨损过程中,随着磨损时间延长,其磨损机理随之变化,由单一的剥层磨损最后变为氧化磨损、粘着磨损以及磨粒磨损等多种制机共同作用。 B4Cp/Al composites were prepared by electromagnetic stirring technology,in which B4C particle were pretreated.The wear properties and mechanism of the composites prepared were investigated by wear test on MMW-1 Awear tester.The results reveal that the impurity metal mixed in the particles can be effectively removed by pretreatment for B4C particles.The composites prepared present the satisfied wear resistance with electric stirring intensity of 60%,stirring frequency of 20 Hz,stirring time of 15 min and particle content of 3.5%.During the wearing process,with the increase of wear time,the wear mechanism is changed from palling wear to the comprehensive effect of oxidative wear,adhesive wear and abrasive wear.
