中药联合点阵CO2激光治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕临床观察

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with dot matrix CO2 laser in the treatment of acne depression scar

目的:观察中药联合点阵CO2激光治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法:选取于门诊就诊的痤疮患者62例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各31例。两组均给予点阵CO2激光治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予自制中药膏剂治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组可有效降低ECCA评分,且其总有效率显著优于对照组,同时不良反应发生率较低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合点阵CO2激光治疗可有效改善痤疮凹陷性瘢痕临床症状,且疗效显著,不良反应少。

To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with dot matrix CO2 laser in the treatment of acne depression scar.Methods:62 patients with acne were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 31 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with dot array CO2 laser,and the treatment group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine plaster on this basis.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed after treatment.Results:The ECCA score of acne depression scar patients in the treatment group was effectively reduced,and its total effective rate was significantly better than that in the control group.Meanwhile,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with dot matrix CO2 laser treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of acne depression scar patients,and significant efficacy,less adverse reactions.
