摘要
为了探索评估基于BIM的PPP项目的风险,本文构建了一个项目风险评估体系。该体系主要是分阶段根据项目识别、项目准备、项目采购、项目执行和项目移交的周期,分阶段分析了将BIM应用于PPP项目的风险。研究发现项目识别和准备阶段对风险识别和预防对风险管理至为重要,法律法规成熟度、计划实行可行性、合同定义、协同管理和明确验收规则是各个阶段最为重要的因素,项目风险发生概率较高的是项目的采购阶段以及项目的执行阶段,整体上将BIM引入PPP项目的风险程度为中等偏低。
In order to explore the risk of evaluating BIM-based PPP projects,this paper constructs a project risk evaluation system,which analyzes the risks of BIM application in PPP projects according to the phases of project.The AHPFCE method is used to evaluate the risk of PIM project of BIM.The study found that the project identification and preparation phase is important to risk identification and prevention.legal maturity,program implementation feasibility,contract definition,collaborative management and clear acceptance rules are the most important factors of each stage.The probability of occurrence of risks in the procurement phase and the implementation phase is relatively high,and the overall risk of introducing BIM into PPP projects is moderately low.
