Impact of COVID-19 Epidemic on Beijing Agriculture and Development Suggestions

2020年开年之初,新冠肺炎病毒肆虐中国大地。此次疫情对我国各地区各行业影响巨大,对北京市农业也带来了严重的影响。北京市农业主要产值由种植业、养殖业、休闲观光农业构成。受疫情影响,农产品运输成本增加,养殖业长期供给紧张,休闲观光农业面临游客出游意愿锐减等困难与问题。未来北京市应在资金、技术、政策方面帮扶农业企业,如采取减税等政策帮扶受损农企,搭建智慧农业平台,拓展线上销售市场,加强农业技术指导,制定旅游业重振计划等。

At the beginning of the year 2020,COVID-19 epidemic has wreaked havoc in China.The epidemic has a huge impact on various regions and industries in China,especially on Beijing agriculture.The main output value of Beijing agriculture consists of planting industry,breeding industry,leisure sightseeing agriculture.By analyzing the difficulties and problems affected by the epidemic,such as the increase of transportation cost of agricultural products,the shortage of long-term supply in breeding industry,the sharp decrease of tourists’ willingness to travel,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions that Beijing should help agricultural enterprises in terms of capital,technology and policy,such as taking tax reduction and other policies,building smart agricultural platform,expanding online sales market,strengthening technical guidance in agriculture,making a plan to revitalize tourism,and so on.
