摘要
针对各决策时段权重、属性权重完全未知且属性值以三参数区间灰数形式给出的动态多属性决策问题,首先定义了新的三参数区间灰数的距离测度公式来最大程度考虑区间内每一个点的作用,保留三参数区间灰数特性;其次给出动态模糊有序加权平均算子(DFOWA)进行方案内属性间与方案间多时段两次信息集结,减少主观因素的影响,对方案所有信息进行了集结,进一步得到可能度矩阵并进行排序;最后通过算例分析与方法比较,验证了所提方法的科学可行性。
Aiming at the dynamic multi-attribute decision making problem where the weights and attribute weights of each decision period are completely unknown and the attribute values are given in the form of the grey number of three-parameter interval,a new distance measure formula of the grey number of three-parameter interval is defined to take into account the function of each point in the interval to the greatest extent and retain the grey number characteristic of the three-parameter interval.The dynamic fuzzy ordered weighted average operator(DFOWA)was given to aggregate the information in the scheme and the inter-scheme twice in multiple periods,reduce the influence of subjective factors,aggregate all the information in the scheme,and further obtain the possibility degree matrix for sorting.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed method is verified by case study analysis and method comparison.
