Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,general secretary Xi Jinping has observed and thought about the new situation of network security at home and abroad from the perspective of politicians’height and globalization.He has published a series of important statements on the issue of network security,and elaborated in detail on the issues such as the network security in the country’s overall security,network security management system,the breakthrough of the network core technology and the guarantee,and the cyberspace governance and a cyberspace community with a shared future,which has formed his own network security concepts and is an important part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Xi Jinping’s concepts of the network security has great theoretical and practical significance.
