工匠精神的生成及其在职业教育中的培育

The Formation of Craftsman Spirit and its Cultivation in Vocational Education

工匠精神作为一种优良的精神品质,从古延续至今,随着时代的发展与进步,负载着更多地精神内涵,包括创新、奉献、奋斗、敬业等,体现了当代大学生应有的风貌品格。大学生作为成长中的一代,肩负着未来祖国建设的重任,对其工匠精神的培育,是实现个人价值、职业价值、社会价值等目标的基础。基于对工匠精神的时代内涵、逻辑层次、生成规律做出概述解析的同时,着重就其在职业教育中的培育进行了探究。

As an excellent spiritual quality,the craftsman spirit has been carrying more spiritual connotation with the development and progress of the times,including innovation,dedication,struggle,and devotion,etc.It reflects the style and character of the contemporary college students.As a growing generation,college students shoulder the heavy responsibility of the future construction of the motherland.The cultivation of their craftsman spirit is the basis of realizing the goals of personal value,professional value and social value.Based on the summary and analysis of the connotation of the times,the logic level and the generation law of the craftsman spirit,this paper focuses on the cultivation of the craftsman spirit in vocational education.
