摘要
为了解决高校传统体育教学中交互性和练习时间不足等问题,以智慧职教省级精品在线开放课程《跆拳道》的应用为例,采用混合式教学模式进行探索。结果表明:混合式教学模式提高了师生互动的频率和教师指导的频率,使学生方便地利用碎片化时间,学生的运动参与动机、运动技能目标,身体和心理健康目标等均有促进。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient time for interactivity and practice in the traditional P.E teaching,this paper studies the blended teaching mode for the course of taekwondo,which is open online as a provincial level excellent course on the“Wisdom of Vocational Education”.The result shows that the blended teaching mode increases the frequency of the interaction between teachers and students,betters the students’use of their fragmented time,and motivates their participation in sports.
