通过对浸出车间中和置换工序中使用的景津系列箱式压滤机工作过程分析,阐述了投产试机近3年来的使用效果及改进情况。为进一步提高固液分离效果,提出了更加适合丹霞冶炼厂生产的压滤机系统的改良方法。

The paper mainly analyzes the Jingjin series of box filter press adopted in neutralization and displacement process of leaching plant,and discusses application and improvement of the commissioning filter press for the recent three years.In order to improve the effect of solid-liquid separation,modification methods of filter press system that is suitable for Danxia smelter will be put forward in the paper.
