摘要
为了满足就业岗位的要求,本文将就业需求分解融入到创造驱动中,将靶向学习模式融入到《统计软件包》课程的翻转课堂学习中,并对这一模式的实践效果进行分析。首先采用描述统计分析对靶向学习模式与传统教学模式进行对比,得出在学生成绩方面,靶向学习模式比传统教学模式要好些。进而运用问卷调查进行靶向教学的实际效果的深入研究,通过逻辑斯蒂回归方法得出,学生最满意的是动手操作能力的提升,其次是沟通写作能力的培养。
in order to meet the requirements of employment,this paper integrates the decomposition of employment demand into the creation drive,and integrates the targeted learning mode into the flipped classroom learning of statistical software package,and analyzes the practical effect of this mode.Firstly,descriptive statistical analysis is used to compare the targeted learning model with the traditional teaching model,and it is concluded that the targeted learning model is better than the traditional teaching model in terms of student performance.Furthermore,questionnaire survey is used to conduct in-depth research on the actual effect of targeted teaching.Logistic regression method is used to conclude that students are most satisfied with the improvement of hands-on ability,followed by the cultivation of communication and writing ability.
