新课改背景下小学教师数学技能的培养研究

优秀小学教师数学教学技能的培养有其自身的特点。为了使教师能够更好地树立新的课堂教学理念,掌握并熟练运用课堂教学技能,培养出更高的教学技术。教师要将研究的重点从引导怎么教到怎么学的转变,使学生能够形成教育思想和教学风格,从而具备突出的潜能。探索小学数学教与学技能的新教学方法,有利于培养优秀小学教师的数学教学技能。因此,应该更加重视对小学教育专业学生教学技能的培养。本文针对现阶段小学数学教师面临的一些问题,提出了加强小学数学教师技能培养的一些看法。

the cultivation of mathematics teaching skills of excellent primary school teachers has its own characteristics.In order to enable teachers to better set up new classroom teaching concept,master and skilled use of classroom teaching skills,to develop higher teaching technology.Teachers should change the focus of research from guiding how to teach to how to learn,so that students can form educational ideas and teaching styles,so as to have outstanding potential.To explore new teaching methods of mathematics teaching and learning skills in primary schools is beneficial to cultivate the mathematics teaching skills of excellent primary school teachers.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the cultivation of teaching skills of students majoring in primary education.In view of some problems that elementary school mathematics teachers are facing at the present stage,this paper puts forward some opinions on strengthening the cultivation of elementary school mathematics teachers'skills.
