保障性住房,在城市化建设中发挥着基础性作用。基于此,文章结合保障性住房的定义,着重从设计视角、设计质量控制等方面,探索上海保障性住房设计的分析要点,以达到明晰当代住房建设条件,促进城市开发的目的。

Indemnificatory housing plays a fundamental role in the construction of urbanization.Based on this,combined with the definition of indemnificatory housing,this paper focuses on the analysis of indemnificatory housing design in Shanghai from the design perspective,design quality control and other aspects,so as to achieve the purpose of clarifying the contemporary housing construction conditions and promoting urban development.
