区域电力市场中基于发电转移权重的交易可行域计算模型研究 被引量:7

摘要 交易可行域的计算是区域电力市场出清的基础条件,其结果准确与否会对市场效率产生显著影响。首先以欧洲跨区日前市场为背景,阐明了交易可行域的计算难点,随后针对性地研究了交易可行域计算模型、运作流程、参数定义及设定方法。通过算例分析了交易可行域安全裕度与发电转移权重两类大参数之间关系,求取了不同发电转移权重设定方法对安全裕度的影响程度。提出了采用基于实际电网数据的综合定义法选定交易可行域模型最佳参数,并应用于包含代理商报价的我国跨省-省级两级市场的交易可行域计算中,以解决我国区域市场在时序衔接和空间模型方面存在的问题。 The calculation of feasible domain is a crucial part in electricity market clearing and the accuracy of the calculation results will have a significant impact on the regional market efficiency. This paper firstly illustrates the difficulties in the calculation of available transmission capacity in a European cross-zonal market. Then we specifically study the feasible domain calculation model, collaborative calculation process, and the parameter definition and setting in the cross-zonal market. The relationship between the parameters of Margin and Generation Shift Key in the feasible domain calculation are analyzed through a quantitative example, and the degree of impact of different setting methods of Generation Shift Key on Margin is also obtained. The paper finally suggests an average definition method based on actual grid data in order to select optimal parameters for feasible domain calculation and recommends it to be applied in the feasible domain calculation in Chinese two-level provincial market considering agents bidding, which aims to solve problems of temporal convergence and spatial models in regional market.
