摘要 随着对地球的深入探索,对于特殊环境下的作业也在不断发展。相比于正常环境,特殊环境下的作业人员更容易发生心理问题。为降低对作业人员造成的心理伤害,保证工作质量,需要对其心理风险进行监测。为解决以上问题,提出了一种基于脑电信号与心理学融合的主客观特殊环境作业人员心理风险监测方法。通过脑电信号分析情绪与心理学计算相结合的方法,对采集得到的脑电信号进行预处理与特征提取之后,采用双向搜索算法进行特征选择,然后采用KNN算法进行模式分类,同时通过主观问卷方式融合层次分析法对作业人员心理风险进行计算,最终将两种结果进行融合,可以较为准确地得知其心理风险,从而为调整作业人员结构,降低作业损失提供一定的理论基础。实验结果表明,该方法可以较好地监测作业人员的心理风险。 With the in-depth exploration of the earth,the operation under special circumstances is also developing. Compared with the normal environment,the workers in special environment are more likely to have psychological problems. In order to reduce the psychological harm to the workers and ensure the quality of work,it is necessary to monitor their psychological risk. To solve the above problems,we propose a method of psychological risk monitoring for workers in special environment based on the integration of EEG signals and psychology. After preprocessing and feature extraction of the collected EEG signals,two-way search algorithm is used for feature selection. Then,KNN algorithm is used for pattern classification. At the same time,subjective questionnaires are used to fuse analytic hierarchy process(AHP) for operator psychology. By calculating the risk and integrating the two results,we can know the psychological risk more accurately,thus providing a theoretical basis for adjusting the structure of operators and reducing the loss of operations. Experiment shows that the method proposed can better monitor the psychological risk of workers.
