摘要
文章以某城际动车组为研究对象,依靠多体动力学软件SIMPACK建立单节拖车仿真模型,并对车辆动力学性能进行分析。仿真结果表明:非线性临界速度、脱轨系数、轮重减载率、轮轴横向力、轮轨横向力等指标均在规定的安全限值以内。此外,应用Sperling平稳性指标来评价车辆运行舒适性,得出该动车组的横向和垂向运行平稳性等级均为"优",且车辆横向运行平稳性优于垂向运行平稳性。
An intercity EMU is regarded as the research object in this paper.A single trailer simulation model is established and vehicle dynamicsperformance are analyzed by using SIMPACK.The simulation results show that the non-linear critical speed,derailment coefficient,wheel load reduction rate,wheel axle lateral force,wheel rail lateral force and other indicators are all within the specified safety limits.In addition,it is concluded that the horizontal and vertical running stability of the EMU is"excellent"by using the Sperling stability index to evaluate the running comfort of the vehicle,and the horizontal running stability of the vehicle is better than the vertical running stability.
