摘要
赤泥是氧化铝行业产生的工业性废渣,具有粒度细、组成复杂、高盐性和强碱性的特点,极易造成土壤碱化、地下水污染等环境问题。文章分析了赤泥的基本性质,综述了赤泥在金属回收、建筑材料、土壤修复、水处理及废气处理中应用,探讨了应用中存在的一些问题,并提出了建议。
Red mud is an industrial waste residue produced in alumina production process.It has the characteristics of fine granularity,complex composition,high salinity and strong alkalinity,thus causing environmental problems,such as soil alkalization,and groundwater pollution.This paper analyzes the basic properties of red mud and summarizes the application of red mud in metal recycling,building materials,soil remediation,water treatment and waste gas treatment.What’s more,some problems in applications are discussed and some suggestions are put forward.
