发动机导管的柔性工装的设计制造

摘要 航空发动机是工业技术的结晶,尤其是现代航空发动机正在向着大推力、低油耗的方向发展,从而使得航空发动机的结构更加复杂、加工的难度也更大。如果将航空发动机比作一个"人"的话,航空发动机内部的管路就可以看作"人"体中的各类血管,航空发动机管路主要完成液压油和燃油的输送,由于空间结构的限制航空发动机管路多为异型件,焊接加工制造的难度极大。为优化加工工艺,在航空发动机管路加工中设计了柔性工装标准模块,在确保质量的基础上有效的提高了加工效率。 Aero-engine is the crystallization of industrial technology,especially modern aero-engine is developing in the direction of high thrust and low fuel consumption,which makes the structure of aero-engine more complex and more difficult to process.If the aero-engine is like a"human",the internal pipeline of the aero-engine can be regarded as all kinds of blood vessels in the"human"body,and the aero-engine pipeline mainly completes the transportation of hydraulic oil and fuel.Due to the limitation of spatial structure,most of the aero-engine pipelines are special-shaped parts,so it is very difficult to weld and manufacture.In order to optimize the processing technology,a flexible tooling standard module is designed in the aero-engine pipeline machining,which effectively improves the machining efficiency on the basis of ensuring the quality.
