摘要
文章对激光增材制造的技术特点与类型进行分析,并探究当前该项技术的研究现状,最后重点阐述金属构件增材制造中面临的材料问题,涉及到激光交互作用与利用、内部冶金缺陷形成与处理、内应力演化规律与开裂预防、非稳态循环固态相变行为等多个方面,力求通过文章研究,为现代工业高端装备制造提供强有力的技术支持。
This paper analyzes the technical characteristics and types of laser augmentation manufacturing,and probes into the current research status of this technology,and finally focuses on the material problems faced in metal component augmentation manufacturing.It involves many aspects,such as laser interaction and utilization,internal metallurgical defect formation and treatment,internal stress evolution and cracking prevention,unsteady cycle solid phase transformation behavior and so on,so as provide strong technical support for modern industrial high-end equipment manufacturing.
