通用航空人才一般胜任力模型构建研究

Research on the General Competency Model of General Aviation Talents

通用航空发展已经上升为国家战略,随着中国低空领域逐步开放,通用航空发展面临着前所未有的发展机遇和挑战。然而,通航快速发展需要的人才对通用航空服务质量、飞行安全以及通用航空的发展有着非常重要的影响。借助文献调查法和行为事件访谈法得到通用航空人才胜任素质特征,然后利用问卷调查法,运用SPSS软件进行探索性因子分析,构建出通用航空人才的一般胜任力模型,该模型由专业能力、个人特质、管理能力和职业态度4个维度和20项胜任要素构成,从而为我国学校和企业对该类人才培养提供参考。

General aviation development has become a national strategy.With the gradual opening up of China’s low-altitude field,general aviation development is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.However,the talents needed for the rapid development of general aviation have a very important impact on the quality of general aviation service,flight safety and the development of general aviation.Through literature survey and behavioral event interview method to get competent personnel quality characteristics,and then the study carries out exploratory factor analysis by means of questionnaire survey and SPSS software,constructs the general personnel competency model.The model is managed by four dimensions in terms of professional ability,individual trait,management ability and professional attitudes and 20 competence elements,so as to provide reference for the personnel training schools and enterprises in our country.
