摘要
【目的】为了积累寄生虫与宿主间的作用的研究基础,为球虫病防治新方法的研究打下理论基础。【方法】以MDBK细胞和柔嫩艾美耳球虫(Eimeria tenella)为试验对象,以β-actin为内参,采用qRT-PCR技术检测主要的细胞凋亡相关因子Bcl-XL、Bid,Bcl-2、Bax表达,比较攻虫凋亡诱导组Bcl-XL/Bid,Bcl-2/Bax的变化。【结果】研究结果显示,攻虫凋亡诱导组Bcl-XL/Bid,Bcl-2/Bax的比值表达均相对上调,而不攻虫凋亡诱导组表达均相对下调,且均差异显著(P<0.05),【结论】说明球虫裂殖子入侵MDBK细胞后通过抑制宿主细胞Bcl-XL/Bid,Bcl-2/Bax两对异源二聚体的解离抑制细胞凋亡。
【Objective】The study aimed to investigate the apoptosis factor changes of E.tenella invaded MDBK cells.【Methods】Total RNA were extracted from the cell samples and detected bcl-2,bax,bcl-xl,bid changes by qRT-PCR.【Results】The results showed the ratio expression of Bcl-xl/Bax,Bcl-2/Bax for the groups with alcohol and coccidia were relatively up-regulated,the groups with alcohol were relatively reduced,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Experimental results indicated that merozoites could inhibit the host cell apoptosis by inhibition the solution of two pairs heterodimer Bcl-xl/Bid and Bcl-2/Bax.
