摘要
【目的】探究芒果苷抗细胞凋亡的作用机制目的是为了临床合理用药提供参考。【方法】采用MTT法检测细胞活力,ELISA和Western blot检测芒果苷对金黄色葡萄球菌诱导的细胞凋亡是否有缓解作用。【结果】结果表明,芒果苷预处理可以显著降低金黄色葡萄球菌诱导的肿瘤坏血因子-α(TNF-α),白介素-6(IL-6)和白介素-10(IL-10)在RAW264.7细胞中的分泌,以及促凋亡相关蛋白(Bax、Caspase-3)的表达(P<0.05),且呈现浓度依赖性。【结论】芒果苷可以抑制金黄色葡萄球菌引起的细胞凋亡。
【Objective】This study mainly explored the regulation mechanism of mangiferinon on anti-apoptosis.【Method】Cell viability was detected by MTT.ELISAand Western bloting were used to the mitigating effects of mangiferin against Staphylococcus aureus.【Results】The results showed that mangiferin pretreatment could significantly reduce the secretion of Staphylococcus aureus-induced tumor necrosis TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 in RAW264.7 cells,as well as the expression of Bax and Caspase-3 proteins(P<0.05),with concentration dependent.【Conclusion】Mangiferin can inhibit the apoptosis induced by Staphylococcus aureus.
