摘要
目的:针对国内儿童洗胃机校准规范以及校准装置方面空缺的状况,研制一种儿童洗胃机校准装置。为保证其校准的可靠性与准确性,需要对装置不确定度进行研究。方法:介绍了装置的工作原理,对校准装置中所使用的传感器设计了相应的实验,并对校准装置进行了整体评价,分析了一些较为重要的不确定度分量和一些可忽略的不确定度分量。结果:根据分析计算得到了标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,压力和流量的扩展不确定度分别为0.52 kPa和0.026 L/min。结论:该装置符合技术指标,能够为以后相关校准规范的出台提供一定的参考。
Aims:Aiming at the domestic children s gastric lavage machine calibration specifications and the vacancy situation in the calibration device,a children s gastric lavage machine calibration device was developed to replace the inspection and improve the calibration efficiency.To ensure the reliability and accuracy of its calibration,the uncertainty of the device needs to be studied.Methods:The working principle of the device is introduced in the article,corresponding experiments are designed for the sensors used in the calibration device,the overall evaluation of the calibration device is performed,and some of the more important uncertainty components and some negligible uncertainties are analyzed.Degree component.Results:According to the analysis and calculation,the standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were obtained.The expanded uncertainty of pressure and flow were 0.52 kPa and 0.026 L/min,respectively.Conclusions:The device complies with the technical indicators,and can provide a certain basis for the introduction of related calibration specifications in the future.
