城市文化场景的构建机制研究——以加拿大多伦多市为例

Research on the Mechanism of Urban Cultural Scene:A Case Study of Toronto

国内外诸多实证经验表明,文化场景建设是城市可持续发展的必由之路。本文以文化场景为工具,剖析了加拿大多伦多市文化场景的构建机制,通过对该市文化设施、文化参与者及文化政策的归纳分析,探讨了该市文化发展的成功经验与不足。建议我国从以下六个方面促进城市文化发展、建构文化场景:打造新时代文化治理平台;统筹多元主体协同参与;出台文化领域顶层设计性政策文件;建立把社会效益放在首位的文化创作生产机制体制;丰富文化设施多样性;积极培育文化参与主体。

Many empirical experiences in China and abroad proved that cultural scene is essential for urban sustainable development.This paper takes the cultural scene as a tool to analyze the construction mechanism of the cultural scene in Toronto.By summarizing and analyzing the cultural amenities,participants and policies of the city,it discusses the successful experience and shortcomings of the cultural development of the city.It is suggested that cultural scenes shall be built upon the following six aspects to promote the development of urban culture in china:to build a cultural governance platform in the new era;to promote collaborative participation of multiple subjects;to issue top-level design policies in the cultural field;to establish a cultural creation production mechanism system that puts social benefits first;to enrich the diversity of cultural facilities;and to actively cultivate cultural participants.
