摘要
针对当前中压配电网量测系统远不能满足网络状态实时准确感知要求的问题,提出一种中压配电网三相可信量测优化配置方法;以三相状态估计误差总方差作为状态估计精度指标,建立三相可信量测优化配置模型,通过Cholesky分解将目标函数采用决策变量显式进行表达,从而可调用成熟的优化软件实现快速求解;采用13节点和37节点配电系统标准算例进行改进和仿真测试。结果表明,本文中所提方法可兼顾求解质量和速度,能够快速求得高质量的可信量测配置方案。
Aim at the problem that the current measurement systems of medium-voltage distribution networks nowadays were far from satisfying the requirement of real-time and accurate perception of network state, a novel optimal placement method of credible measurements for the optimal placement of real-time measurements for medium-voltage distribution networks was introduced. The credible measurement placement model was built using the total variance of three phase state estimation error as objective function. Through Cholesky decomposition, the objective function was explicitly expressed by decision variables, so that the mature software for optimization can be used to achieve quick solution. The standard calculation examples of 13-node and 37-node distribution system were used to improve and simulate. The results show that the method proposed in this paper can satisfy the quality and speed of solution, and can quickly obtain a feasible measurement configuration scheme with high quality.
