摘要
分别采用三维荧光光谱(3D-EEM)技术、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)法对城镇污水处理中厌氧/缺氧/好氧(A^2/O)工艺中溶解性微生物产物(SMP)的光谱学特性进行测定,并结合高效凝胶过滤色谱的分子量分布测定结果及水质检测结果对A^2/O工艺中SMP变化进行分析。结果表明,不同表征手段分析结果具有一致性, 3D-EEM显示SMP的主要成分为芳香类蛋白类物质、类富里酸物质及腐殖酸类物质,FTIR显示SMP中主要存在蛋白质、多糖和碳水化合物相关官能团,分子量分布测定结果显示SMP的分子量主要分布在小分子区域,主要是一些小分子有机酸和氨基酸。
Three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix fluorescence spectroscopy(3 D-EEM) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) were used to characterize the spectral characteristics of soluble microbial products(SMP) in an anaerobic/anoxic/oxic waste-water treatment, and the water quality and molecular weight, measured by the high efficiency gel filtration chromatography were conducted. The results show that the analysis results of all characterization methods are consistent. 3 D-EEM demonstrates that the main components of SMP are aromatic proteins, fulvic acid-like and humic acid-like, FTIR provides that SMP mainly contains functional groups associated with proteins, polysaccharides, and carbohydrates, the molecular weight of SMP is mainly distributed in the small molecule region, which are organic acids and amino acids with small molecule weight.
