仲景应用白术规律分析

Analysis of Zhongjing's Application Rules of Baizhu(Atractylodes Macrocephala)

目的:分析张仲景使用白术的用药规律,为指导临床用药及新处方研发提供参考。方法:以《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》收录含白术的方剂为资料来源,使用Excel 2013、SPSS Modeler 14.1统计软件为工具,对符合纳入标准的中药进行统计处理和关联规则分析。结果:在全部方剂中,累计出现频数最高的前5位中药分别是白术(30次,100.0%),甘草(18次,60.0%),茯苓(14次,46.7%),桂枝(12次,40%),芍药(8次,26.7%)。药味中甘(8次,26.7%)、辛(6次,20.0%)最为常见,药性主要集中在温(7次,23.3%)、热(2次,6.7%)。归经中脾经(10次,33.3%)、心经(8次,26.7%)、胃经(5次,12.8%)最为常见。由对经方中含白术的方剂进行分析,探讨仲景用药的特点,发现白术燥湿利水、健脾润燥的功效在经方中治疗太阳病等疗效显著。结论:通过对张仲景使用含白术的方剂进行分析,反映出白术用于不同疾病时的用药规律和配伍特点,为“异病同治”提供理论支持。

Objective:To analyze the medication rules of Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)by Zhang Zhongjing to provide reference for guiding clinical medicine use and new prescription development.Methods:The prescriptions containing Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)in Shanghan Lun and Jinkui Yaolue were used as data sources,and Excel 2013 and SPSS Modeler 14.1 were used as tools for statistical processing and association rules analysis of the Chinese medicines included in the standard.Results:Among all the prescriptions included in the standard,the top five Chinese materia medica with the highest cumulative frequency were Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)(30 times,100.0%),Gancao(Glycyrrhiza uralensis)(18 times,60.0%),Fuling(Poria)(14 times,46.7%),Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi)(12 times,40%),and Shaoyao(Paeonia lactiflora)(8 times,26.7%).Among the flavors of medicines,sweet(8 times,26.7%)and pungent(6 times,20.0%)are the most common,with the drug properties mainly concentrated in warm(7 times,23.3%)and hot(2 times,6.7%).Spleen meridian(10 times,33.3%),heart meridian(8 times,26.7%)and stomach meridian(5 times,12.8%)are the most common ones.By analyzing the prescriptions containing Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala),this paper discusses the characteristics of Zhongjing's medication,and finds that the efficacy of Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)in eliminating dampness and promoting diuresis,invigorating spleen and moistening dryness is significant in treating solar diseases in the prescriptions.Conclusion:Through the analysis of Zhang Zhongjing's use of prescriptions containing Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala),it reflects the medication rules and compatibility characteristics of Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)in different diseases and provides theoretical support for"treating different diseases with the same treatment".
