Quantitative model of assembly accuracy of mill roll

摘要 热轧和冷轧产线轧辊的装配精度对轧机刚度对称性和轧制稳定性都具有十分重要的影响。轧辊的空间检测目前广泛采用激光跟踪仪进行测量,但仍缺乏一套有效的、系统性的模型来分析轧辊装配精度。建立了轧辊装配精度的数学模型,利用最小二乘法拟合衬板面及轧辊轴向中心线,提出了计算轧辊衬板的空间位置(对中值和开档值)及倾斜状态的定量方法。通过激光跟踪仪检测的真实轧辊数据验证了该模型,模型计算结果与以往采用的空间分析软件处理结果一致,二者相对偏差小于0.03%,进一步分析了该轧辊各衬板的对中值和开档值及倾斜状态,基于该模型开发的应用软件降低了以往检测数据处理的难度,提高了轧辊装配精度定量化分析的效率和能力,具有一定的现场应用价值。 The assembly accuracy of rolls in the hot and cold rolling lines has important influence on mill stiffness symmetry and rolling stability. At present, the laser tracker is widely used to spatial measurement of roll for hot and cold rolling mills. However, there is still no effective model to study the assembly accuracy of rolls systematically. A mathematical model of the assembly accuracy of the roll was established. The least square method was used to fit the liner plane and the axial center line of the roll. A quantitative method for calculating the spatial position(median and opening value) and inclination state of the liners was proposed. The model was validated by the measured data of the real roll via laser tracker. The calculated results of the model were consistent with those of the spatial analysis software used previously, and the relative deviation of them was less than 0.03%. The median and opening value and inclination state of the roll liners were further analyzed. The application software based on this model reduces the difficulty of measured data processing in the past, improves the analysis efficiency and ability of assembly accuracy of roll, and has better field application.
