Research Status and New Progress on ROS and Hydrogen Peroxide

摘要 ROS作为动植物体内一系列生理生化反应的调控物质,长期备受关注。ROS中以过氧化氢为代表,是近年来研究的热点。近期研究表明,过氧化氢作为信号分子,在调控细胞的增殖、衰老、凋亡等方面起到不可替代的作用,成为当下研究热点。本综述就以过氧化氢为代表的ROS在机体内的产生、作用机理、信号通路及其与疾病治疗相关的前沿进展方面进行了讨论,旨在联系以过氧化氢为代表的ROS与机体相关的代谢途径与生理病理反应,为将来的研究及临床治疗等方面提供便利。 ROS as a regulator of a series of physiological and biochemical reactions in animals and plants,has long been concerned.Hydrogen peroxide is the representative of ROS and it is also a hot research spot.Recent studies showed that,acting as a signal molecule,hydrogen peroxide plays an irreplaceable role in cell proliferation,aging,apoptosis and so forth.This anticle focuses on the production,mechanism of action,signaling pathways,and cutting-edge advancements related to disease treatment of ROS represented by hydrogen peroxide in the body,and aims to link ROS represented by hydrogen peroxide to the body.The metabolic pathways and physiological and pathological responses provide convenience for future research and clinical treatment.
