摘要
白藜芦醇具有多种生物学功能和药用价值,例如抗炎、抗衰老、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等。为了探讨白藜芦醇在外源性抗氧化剂方面的开发价值。本研究建立了跑步力竭SD大鼠模型,应用不同浓度的白藜芦醇处理大鼠4周。研究显示,白藜芦醇处理可以剂量依赖性方式提高大鼠的跑步力竭时间(p<0.05)。白藜芦醇处理以剂量依赖方式降低大鼠血清乳酸和尿素氮水平并升高游离脂肪酸水平(p<0.05)。白藜芦醇处理以剂量依赖方式升高大鼠体内超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶水平,并降低丙二醛水平(p<0.05)。白藜芦醇处理以剂量依赖方式降低血清肌酸激酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶和丙氨酸转氨酶水平(p<0.05)。此外,白藜芦醇明显减轻了大鼠骨骼肌的病理改变。因此,白藜芦醇可提高跑步力竭大鼠的抗疲劳能力,改善能量代谢方式,提高机体抗氧化能力,减少运动损伤。
Resveratrol has many biological functions and medicinal properties,such as anti-inflammatory,anti-aging,anti-viral,anti-tumor and so on.In order to explore the value of resveratrol in the development of exogenous antioxidants.In this study,a rat model of running exhaust SD was established,and rats were treated with different concentrations of resveratrol for 4 weeks.Studies showed that resveratrol treatment increased the running time of rats in a dose-dependent manner(p<0.05).Resveratrol treatment reduced serum lactic acid and urea nitrogen levels and increased free fatty acid levels in a dose-dependent manner(p<0.05).Resveratrol treatment increased superoxide dismutase and catalase levels and decreased malondialdehyde levels in rats in a dose-dependent manner(p<0.05).Resveratrol treatment reduced serum creatine kinase,aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase levels in a dose-dependent manner(p<0.05).In addition,resveratrol significantly reduced the pathological changes in rat skeletal muscle.Therefore,resveratrol can improve the anti-fatigue ability of running exhausted rats,improve energy metabolism,improve the body’s antioxidant capacity,and reduce sports injuries.
