摘要
对11个不同构造的木骨架组合墙构件体进行隔声试验,着重研究计权隔声量指标R_w与传声等级STC的关系及被测墙体面积、木龙骨规格、间距等参数对木骨架组合墙体的计权隔声量R_w与频谱修正量的影响,结果表明,木骨架组合墙体的隔声原理不完全遵循质量定律;计权隔声量R_w与传声等级STC数值上差异较小;参数对隔声性能的影响程度不同。在实际工程中,可采用相应的墙体构造来满足各类建筑的隔声要求。
Acoustic tests of 11 timber frame wall assemblies with various construction details were carried out to clarify the relationship between the weighted sound reduction index(Rw) and sound transmission class(STC);and the correlations between the adjusted Rw using the spectrum adaptation term(C, or Ctr) and the wall construction parameters. The parameters study included wall area, stud size and spacing, wall sheathing materials, use of resilient channels, number of layers of gypsum board and its thickness, and sound absorptive materials. The results showed that the sound reduction of the timber frame walls didn’t fully follow the mass law, the slight discrepancy between Rw and STC was observed, the influence of the construction parameters on the wall sound insulation performance was varying depending on the combination of the parameters. In practice, through selecting the proper combination of the various construction parameters, timber frame walls can meet and beyond the code requirement for building sound insulation performance.
