摘要
北京城市副中心行政办公区某重点工程,外墙体系为装配式钢结构蒸压条板外墙一体化施工体系。监理在施工过程控制中对细部节点的全程质量控制是监理工作的重点。分析了蒸压条板、钢柱部位外墙体系操作要点及监理质量控制要点,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
The exterior wall system of a key project in the administrative office area of Beijing’s deputy city center is an integrated construction system of prefabricated steel structure steam batten panels. Supervisor’s full quality control of detailed nodes in the construction process control is the focus of supervision work. The main points of the operation of the external wall system of the autoclaved battens and steel columns and the key points of the quality control of the supervision were analyzed, and it is hoped to provide a reference for similar projects.
