摘要
海口中心超高层纯钢结构主楼施工中根据施工进度建立有限元模型,综合考虑施工过程中作业面的施工荷载、施工找平等因素进行施工模拟,分析结构竖向变形规律及施工部署的合理性,结果表明主楼施工期间竖向变形较小,内外框架间的竖向变形相差不大;分析伸臂桁架的不同固结时机对自身及整体结构受力特征的影响,确定了最佳固结时机。
The main building of Haikou Center is a steel structure and finite element model was used during construction.After comprehensive consideration of construction load and leveling during construction,construction simulation was carried out to analyze the law of vertical structural deformation and rationality of construction arrangement.It was found that vertical deformation of main building during construction is relatively small and vertical deformation between inside and outside frames has little difference;the influence of different consolidation time of cantilever truss on the truss itself and the whole structure was analyzed to determine the best consolidation time.
